Each morning I have the privilege to wake up to 50 people. The laughter and joy that comes from everyone is great! I try to get up early each day to read His word and sit with the Lord. I can here the birds and the children playing at the school across the street. The cows, goats and chickens are like the deer in Buena Vista. They wonder and cross the street at random. Goats are pretty dumb when it comes to crossing the street. I thought I was going to witness a goat being run over by a bus that was barreling down the street. The bus did stop in time but my team mates’ reactions were pretty great! They were horrified.
My ministry is a wonderful place to hang out with kids and get to know them. Next week we are starting to teach them lessons. You all can be praying that the kids will be attentive to being taught. Please pray that we will be able to teach them in a way that they will understand. Also pray that hope will return to them.
The Lord has been teaching me that yes I can fall asleep with noise and people all around. Yep God is enough for me. God has been so sweet to me teaching me to trust him with my time and my team. Speaking of my team, they are amazing!

Glad you are adjusting to the noise. Sounds like you also have adjusted to having 50 people around. Jessie would get up extra early to refuel her spirit. I hope you continue to grow in the knowledge of how sweet Jesus is.
